Instrumentarium EXPRESS
Like all Instrumentarium Dental products, the EXPRESS™ imaging plate system has been designed with great attention to detail. It is an accurate, efficient and a reliable partner. The EXPRESS™ imaging plate system represents digital intraoral radiography at its best.
Quality performance is not only about running performance tests in laboratory conditions. Clinical quality depends on the capability to deliver consistent clinical results every day in a busy clinic. A machined aluminum body keeps precise optical components stable even in demanding environments. The housing has been built to reduce the risk of dust or liquid entering the delicate system. The EXPRESS™ Quality Assurance program can be used for ensuring quality system compliance in the clinic at any time.
EXPRESS imaging plate system comes with intraoral imaging plate sizes from size 0 to size 3. All types of patients and anatomies can be successfully imaged with the system. Size 0 plates are particularly convenient with children, and size 3 plates provide a longer view in bitewing imaging.
Thin, flexible imaging plates
100% active area
No cables
Plates compatible with film holders
EXPRESS imaging plate system supports Occlusal 4C
Occlusal projection is applied for diagnostic information that is not visible in the common periapical and bitewing images. With the new Occlusal 4C format, the final image is generated by merging two size 3 images together. This allows a standard EXPRESS™ system to be used together with the standard Size 3 imaging plates.

Instrumentarium FOCUS
Choosing the FOCUS™ X-ray means caring for your patients. As a high-frequency intraoral DC X-ray unit, the FOCUS™ provides an efficient exposure that ensures successful images while keeping patient dose to an absolute minimum. DC is also the preferred choice for digital imaging that requires short and constant radiation. Not all intraoral X-ray units are the same. The highly accurate FOCUS™ X-ray generator reaches the desired exposure settings quickly and accurately. This provides a safe exposure and repeatable image quality at all times. The DAP-display (Dose Area Product) allow dose monitoring for individual patients.
