benefits of a maintenance-free, low-noise system.
Cyclone technology keeps filter costs down
Low filter resistance gives maximum suction power
Brushless turbine technology makes this extraction unit maintenance free and extremely quiet
The new Zenotec cyclon allows your lab to enter a new era. The use of cyclone technology enables up to 95 % of the coarse particles to be separated in a preseparation stage. This protects your filters and makes it easy to dispose of the particles in dust bags. The unique new design of this powerful sound-insulated extraction unit means that it can easily be integrated into your lab. Take advantage of cyclone technology today and start to enjoy the benefits of this low-noise, zero-maintenance air extraction system.

Wieland ZENOTEC T1
Commissioned by Wieland Dental & Technik, we developed the Zenotec T1, a fully automated 5-axis dental milling machine with optional tool changing.
At the heart of the machine are the entirely new milling kinematics and strategy, developed from the ground up especially for the requirements of dental technology. The technical features including the optimized milling tools, as well as the design of the complete unit are our own developments. The unit was realized with Wieland and specialized partners under our technical project management.
Zenotec Fire P1 fast sintering program:
! Only suitable for Zenostar T/MO single-tooth restorations !
Temperature 1 [°C] / [°F] Temperature 2 [°C] / [°F] Heating rate [°C/h] / [°F/h] Holding time [h]
Heating phase 20 / 68 1520 / 2768 1500 / 2732 -
Holding phase 1520 / 2768 1520 / 2768 - 0.5
Cooling phase 1520 / 2768 300 / 572 800 / 1472 -
For the sintering process in the Zenotec high-temperature furnaces, the following points should be observed:
If a standard program is used, it is recommended to sinter the restorations on a sintering support base plate under a highpurity
Al2O3 cover. This arrangement helps prevent deformation and discoloration from occurring in the restoration. All
standard sintering programs are matched to this configuration.
If a fast sintering program is used, only the sintering support base plate - without the cover - must be used. Fast sintering
is only suitable for ZenostarT/MO single-tooth restorations.
Check sintering auxiliaries regularly to make sure that they are clean and work properly

Wieland Zenotec select ion
Zenotec select ion has been developed with a view to optimizing the milling tools, systems, software programs, materials and machinery to allow for easy processing of acrylic materials - and achieve a coordinated digital manufacturing process. The machine is suited particularly for the digital production of complete dentures, bite templates, try-in mock-ups, positioning templates, bite splints and PMMA restorations
Innovative ionization system
When acrylic materials are processed, electrostatically charged particles are released. Ionized compressed air is directed onto the tools and materials via targeted nozzles during the processing operation to neutralize the electrostatic charge. The acrylic particles can be conveniently evacuated.

Wieland Zenotec select hybrid
The new efficiency in dental technology
The Zenotec select hybrid combines a compact CNC milling system featuring state-of-the-art five-axis simultaneous operation with the advantages of automated manufacture and very compact external dimensions. Thanks to the 8-disc material changer, the machine can easily be set to work overnight and handling new materials presents no problem. By adding the optional wet-grinding function, the familiar range of materials can be extended to include materials such as glass ceramics and lithium disilicates.
